Our support team has already registered your dealership and has granted you access. All you need to do is login to your dashboard. If you have not received your login url, username and password, please contact support at support@vidcalls.com.

Add Advisors to Your First Campaign

A Campaign in Vidcalls is similar to a marketing or advertising campaign for your dealership. We have already created your first campaign for you. The goal is to help drive new sales for your dealership by giving key advisors the opportunity to meet prospects online, face-to-face. By following the steps below, you can add the advisors you want to participate in this campaign:

1. In the left sidebar, choose the Campaigns tab.
2. See the Department container box.
3. Click the Advisors tab to view available sales Reps as sen in Screenshot 2.
4. Click on Invite Advisors in the drop down list.
5. Add any advisors to your campaign by clicking on their names in the list of available advisors. All registered advisors not already invited to your campaign will be listed here.

Choose Your Segment

A Segment in Vidcalls is a department such as Sales, Finance, Service, etc. For now, Sales is the only segment we’ll use. To allow your agents in your Campaign to accept calls for Sales, you’ll need to go back to your dashboard:

1. In the left sidebar, choose the Campaigns tab.
2. See the Department container box.
3. Click on the Segments tab.
4. Click the 3 dots on the far right of the list as seen in Screenshot 3.
5. Click Add More Members to add your advisors from the dropdown list to your campaign. Any advisors already added to the Segment will not be in the dropdown list.

Assign Seats

Seats are created for national campaigns. At the moment, your campaign is local, but in the current beta version of Vidcalls, seat assignments must still be selected. So all Vidcalls admins must complete the following steps.

1. In the left sidebar, scroll down to Seat Assignments.
2. Click the 3 dots in the right column.
3. Choose Seat Assignment as shown in Screenshot 4.
4. You’ll see a list of available seats with the headings Seat, License & User.
5. Under User, click Choose in the first row and you’ll see a list of available Advisors as seen in Screenshot 4.1. Any advisors already assigned to a seat will not be listed. Make sure you choose the same advisors for a seat assignment that you did for your campaign.
6. Click Save to save your changes.

Verify Your Advisors (optional)

Once seats have been assigned, you can now verify your Advisors.

1. Go back to Advisors tab
2. You’ll see a list of advisors. Under the Verified column, advisors will either have a green Verified status or yellow Unverified status.
3. If there are any advisors who are unverified, click on the three vertical dots in the far right of the row. Click Verify Email.

Do this step for each advisor you want to be a part of your campaign.

Set Your Preferences (optional)

You can now set your preferences for your landing page and dashboard as seen in Screenshot 5 below.

1. Upload your Colored Logo for your header. It will be placed in the top left corner of your landing page.
2. Upload your White Logo to be displayed on your dashboard.
3. Upload a custom image to be displayed on the right side of your landing page if you want something different from the default photo.
4. Feel free to play around with the front page and dashboard colors to get them the way you want.
5. Landing Page Title (nationwide): Please disregard this option as it is for national campaigns.
6. For Landing Page Title (Segment Campaign), type your own landing page title if you want one different from the default title. Make sure it says exactly what you want your visitors to do. Be sure to check it before pushing your campaign live.
7. We refer to your sales reps as Advisors. If you want to give them another label, type it in the User Definition.
8. Click Save to save your changes.
