Is there any software or special equipment to download
No. All you need is a computer with camera or a smartphone to receive shoppers on video calls
How does VidCalls deliver online shoppers to my company on your VidCalls platform?
A. VidCalls provides a V3L video link for companies to place in their websites, digital ads, emails, texts, and on QR Codes for print advertising. The link invites shoppers to click it and will greeted by the company’s advisor with a smile!
B. When shoppers click your link, we instantly notify you or your pool of advisors by “pinging your computers and smartphones” alerting that shopper is standing by to meet on video call
C. The first advisor to respond greets shopper with a smile and starts meeting!
How many advisors can we have at any one time?
A. You can have as many advisors (referred to as Users) as you like. See cost sheet for pricing of User positions.
B. You can assign certain Users for sales, while others Users for departments like finance, parts, etc.
Can it work in a round robin setup for advisors?
No, we don’t want shoppers waiting for the 3rd, 4th or 5th person in a round robin as they may hang up! That’s why we “ping” all users simultaneously It works out well and on average everyone receives roughly the same amount of shopper video calls.
How long can the video call meetings last?
The length of each vidcall is unlimited, and there’s no charge for number or length of calls
What happens if we’re closed or unavailable to answer the VidCall?
A notice will appear to shopper /video caller asking them to try again during business hours, or they can leave a message with contact information and you can follow up directly.
Can I imbed your link in our website, email, digital ad’s , texts , and any type of print using QR Codes inviting shoppers to click and meet us in seconds?
Yes, and here are samples of graphics you can use, or design your own. We provide a URL link that you can easily hyperlink behind your graphic inviting shoppers to click your link and meet in seconds and will show you how to do so.
What is the process when we join.
A. We’ll ask for your official business name
B. We’ll send you a URL code that guides shoppers to your personnel
C. Provide the names , cell phone numbers and emails of each advisor that you want receiving shopper video calls
D. We provide an electronic training manual for each advisor. We also have training webinars that can be used 24/7 to reinforce training

YES, you will have your own customized Landing Page and we’ll send directions. Any digital marketing department can provide the Landing Page graphics as we need only 10% of the page for department drop-downs and a click button that we’ll provide.
